Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP), Government of Bihar, has officially released the notification for the recruitment of Personal Assistant (PA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Stenographer posts.
A total of 64 vacancies are available under Advertisement No. 02/2025.

- Graduation from a recognized university
- Hindi Stenography speed: 100 WPM
- Hindi/English typing speed: 30 WPM
- Computer certificate (AICTE / DOEACC / NIELIT ‘O’ Level desirable)
- Pay Level: 07 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
🔹 Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Intermediate (10+2) passed
- Typing speed: 8000 key depressions/hour
- Computer certificate (ADCA / AICTE / NIELIT desirable)
- Pay Level: 04 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
🔹 Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Intermediate (10+2) passed
- Hindi/English typing speed: 30 WPM
- Computer certificate desirable
- Pay Level: 02 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
🔹 Stenographer
- Graduation degree
- Hindi Stenography speed: 80 WPM
